By using whitehuts.com and related WhiteHuts studio surfaces (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. Individual products (such as NewsAI) may have additional terms that apply when you use those products.

The Site describes WhiteHuts and our products, and may offer a waitlist or contact channel. Content is provided for information; product availability and features may change.

3. Waitlist & communications

If you join a waitlist or email us, you agree we may contact you about studio updates related to that request. You can ask to be removed at any time via contact@whitehuts.com.

4. Intellectual property

WhiteHuts names, marks, and Site content are owned by WhiteHuts or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

5. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance.
